Louise McGrath, National Manager Business and International Advisory Services at The Australian Industry Group (AIG) was a special industry presenter. Louise spoke to future of RCEP and AIG’s contribution to developing policy as a member of Free Trade Agreement Industry working group.
Hall Chadwick Melbourne Director David Lissauer said “We have had a close relationship with Sarat and his team at Indo Australian Chamber of Commerce for many years. Visiting Chennai and meeting with the Chamber’s members and business associates is always top of our Indian travel itinerary. In Melbourne, we are keen to support the delegates by making meaningful introductions and providing a great understanding of what doing business in Australia really means”.
The evening also had an entertainment note. Special guest Brad Hodge, Victorian cricketing great spoke his love of India, her vibrancy and the country’s utmost dedication to cricket. Hall Chadwick Director Peter Pryn, he himself a devoted fan of cricket asked Brad to share some of his greatest experiences. “When Brad spoke about his dinner with Shane Warne, Matthew Hayden and the iconic Sachin Tendulkar, I was not surprised at all to hear him talk about the dramatic police escort needed when their dinner finished”.
