Client Payroll Clerk

We are looking for an experienced client payroll clerk to join our growing team on a part time .4 to .6 FTE basis.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, a Certificate III in Accounts Administration or greater, HR3 experience and a broad knowledge of payroll operations in Australia.The successful applicant will be responsible for payroll processing and payroll related activities for a number of our local and international clients.

Administration Assistant

Our administration team is growing and we are looking for a new member who is an office-all-rounder, great at client reception, highly competent in preparing and editing documents and flexible to the priorities requested of the team.

Experience in direct contact with clients, on the phone and in person is a necessary requirement in your application. Having worked a switchboard in busy office is preferred. A Certificate III & IV in business administration is desirable but not essential.This is a full-time position.
