Mark is a specialist in corporate finance, valuations, mergers and acquisitions advice. As well as corporate finance services, his expertise in valuations and financial analysis is often sought as an independent expert for disputes in commercial law and family law matters. In particular, shareholder oppression and compulsory acquisition matters.
Mark specialises in small to medium sized businesses up to $300 million. His clients include ASX listed public companies, venture capitalists, private companies, property developers, private businesses, other accounting firms as well as leading commercial and family law firms.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Masters of Business Administration from RMIT and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and a CA ANZ accredited Business Valuation Specialist.
