Ece Karauc
Associate Director
Ece is an Associate Director in the Business Services practice at Hall Chadwick Melbourne. She joined the firm in 2015 as a senior accountant and in January 2021, Ece was promoted to her current leadership position. During her tenure, Ece has diligently worked on many of the firm’s largest clients, developing strong relationships with her clients along the way.
Ece has a deep understanding of the more complex areas of business services and taxation involving CGT, GST, FBT, Division 7A and small business concessions. Ece’s experience is complimented by her time as an auditor where she performed comprehensive analysis over significant financial statement line items, balance sheet and profit and loss variance analysis, for small and large non-reporting entities. Ece has also delivered engagements for the liquidation and deregistration of companies, structuring, estate planning and due diligence.
Ece is able to deliver on client challenges with incredible focus and determination. During the economic and finance challenges of 2020, Ece was engaged on due diligence assignments for clients to successfully secure financing in order to execute on their plans for growth.
Ece actively mentors her team and the firm’s junior accountants to share learnings and collaborate on solutions.
Ece is additionally fluent in Turkish.
