Gaurav is Senior Associate in the Business Recovery & Insolvency team at Hall Chadwick. He joined the firm in 2008 and in 2009, he moved from Sydney with one of the Hall Chadwick Partners to establish the Melbourne office. Since then Gaurav has played a vital role in expansion of Hall Chadwick’s corporate recovery and advisory services in Melbourne.
He is highly recognised for his effective insolvency and reconstruction solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries, ranges from family owned business to public listed entities. In recent years, Gaurav successfully restructured a number of businesses in Wholesale Food Distribution, Research & Development and Power Distribution Service industries. These businesses subsequently continued trading and offered employment to employees whilst providing a high return to their creditors. In addition to formal insolvency appointments, Gaurav regularly conducts pre-lending reviews, investigative Accountants (IA) reports, cashflow management and business improvement advice.
