Are you a Corporate Secretarial Administrator looking for a part-time opportunity in a fabulous mid-tier accounting firm?

Hall Chadwick Melbourne are pleased to offer this newly created role to support our Corporate Secretary 2 days per week, based in our Collins St office.

About the role:

This is an administrative role in which you will assist with:

  • Maintaining information on our CAS 360 corporate compliance software
  • Preparation of simple forms from CAS
  • Company searches
  • Attending to basic ASIC company charges
  • Uploading documents via DocuSign
  • Collating documents to send to clients
  • Scanning and filing

About you:

You bring with you experience in a similar role, and experience with CAS 360.

You are proactive and self-driven, with the ability to deliver accurate work to deadlines.

You are someone who can work effectively and positively with colleagues, and are happy to help out the team flexibly with other tasks when required.
